Leaving for China...

Last post before leaving for China! And first post :)

I'm in Colorado right now for the first time. This coming week, I'll be staffing a GenJ camp up in teh mountains here.

For those of you who don't know, I just completed my degree at Patrick Henry College in Virginia and am headed to Shanghai China to teach English at Shanghai International Studies University. I've signed a yearlong contract with the school and will be helping out with my youth group in my free time.

Please lift me up this coming week; I'm excited to be staffing this camp and really want to see G do good things. I'm trusting He will.

Tia and I visited some dear friends in upstate New York this past week: the Teubls! Such a sweet time of fellowship, renewal, and relaxation. Then, on Thursday, I took Tia to see STOMP in New York City at an off-Broadway theater. It was incredible! We then spent the night driving back to PHC.

Yesterday was my final day at PHC. I'm going to miss everyone so much. To all you PHCers, thank you so much for being such an incredible part of my life. G has used you and your words in my life to press me closer to him in so many ways. I cherish each of your friendships so much and hope to see you soon. Hopefully I will be back for Tia's graduation in May.

Take care and I'll hear from you all on the other side of the pond!
In Him,
kenny
